4^th Of July Preparations

Saturday (6/30/18) 8:00 PM – Power wash Both Shelters and Stage. Each has a water source, and I’ll have my washer, so it would go pretty fast if we have two more power washers show up. If you don’t have a washer and can push a broom we’ll have something for you to!

Tuesday (7/3/18) 8:00 AM – Set out equipment for event.

Thursday(7/5/18) 8:30 AM – Clean and return equipment to storage.

We are having a committee meeting this Friday evening (6/15/18) at 7:30 PM in the basement of the West Union Christian Church.

We will be reviewing food tent items, collection of auction merchandise, and reviewing the to-do list in preparation for the event.
