West Union 4th Of July Meeting

I am calling a committee meeting this Tuesday (5/24/2016) afternoon at 4:00 PM at the West Union Masonic Building.

We have some important issues to discuss, including  Raffle Ticket Sales/ Raffle prizes, and the Pageant committee would like to discuss their decisions with us.

Sorry for the weird time, but with graduation activities, ballgames starting up and everything else, this seems to be the best time for the few that I sampled, and for Brenda and I.

Merchant’s already contacted list for 2016

Following is a link to a new committee page I have created.  If you are calling on any merchants to collect prizes to be auctioned off, please refer to this list so that you know they have not been already contacted.
